LeeAnn Jones is a mediator and arbitrator who brings to her dispute resolution practice over 35 years’ experience as a civil litigator and first-chair trial lawyer. She combines a broad and diverse litigation background with strong listening and communication skills, a problem solver’s mindset, patience, and empathy to assist parties in evaluating litigation risks to arrive at mutually advantageous resolutions of their disputes. She has been registered with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution as a mediator since 2013 and as an arbitrator since 2021.

In her career as a litigator and dispute resolution professional, LeeAnn has handled a wide range of matters, including: business and commercial disputes, contracts, torts, personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, pharmaceutical and medical device, toxic tort, premises liability, wrongful arrest/detention and negligent security, environmental, real estate and commercial leasing, banking and financial services, lender liability, restrictive covenants, corporate and partnership disputes and dissolution, supply-chain disputes, false advertising, consumer disputes, wrongful foreclosure actions, and other complex litigation.

From guiding clients through early case evaluations and litigation risk assessments and advocating for clients in numerous successful mediations, LeeAnn developed a deep appreciation for her clients’ interests in finding cost-effective solutions to end litigation and get back to business. She has represented individuals and companies of all sizes and types, from entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses to global public companies. This experience, along with her authentic and relatable style, allows LeeAnn to communicate effectively with all participants in the mediation process to get to the heart of disputes and assist the parties in evaluating their positions.

LeeAnn also maintains a litigation practice at Ardis Law LLP, where she is a founding Partner. She began her litigation practice as an Associate and Partner with a large Atlanta-based law firm, practiced as Counsel in the Atlanta office of an AmLaw 100 global law firm, and practiced as a Litigation and Dispute Resolution Partner with a mid-sized Atlanta-based firm.

LeeAnn is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia and the University of Georgia School of Law. She has received an AV® Preeminent™ rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized by her peers as among “The Best Lawyers in America”® in Georgia for Mediation, Commercial Litigation, and Personal Injury – Defendants.
