Jennifer Mills is an experienced mediator with a strong background in complex civil litigation, including personal injury and wrongful death cases arising from motor vehicle and trucking accidents, premises liability, negligent security, products liability, and professional liability claims. She also has experience mediating landlord/tenant disputes and a variety of consumer claims and disputes.

Jennifer brings a balanced, collaborative approach to mediation. She facilitates productive discussions through thoughtful, empathetic, and respectful communication. She assists the parties to move past conflict or impasse by helping to reframe issues and offering a fresh perspective. Drawing on her experience in litigation strategy and case valuation, she helps parties candidly assess risk and move toward efficient resolution. Jennifer is a registered neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution. She is a mediator with the Magistrate Court of Cobb County, the Magistrate Court of Gwinnett County, and the Magistrate Cout of Fulton County. She is also on the list of approved neutrals for the Superior Court of Cobb County.

Jennifer earned her law degree from Emory University School of Law in 2005. She previously practiced with two well-respected law firms focused on civil litigation and served as litigation counsel for a national insurance company before establishing her own practice where she continues to represent clients in a range of civil matters. She has practiced in Georgia state courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia. She is also a member of the Atlanta Bar Association, Lawyers Club of Atlanta, and Georgia Association of Women Lawyers.
