Some cases don’t require a full-day or in-person mediation to reach a resolution. For two-party matters without a multitude of complex legal issues and lower amounts at stake, condensed mediation is often an ideal, efficient solution.  We offer 3-hour in-person or virtual mediations at a reduced rate where you select the date and we assign a mediator from our panel of available, highly qualified neutrals.

Rates: 
In-Person 3-hour Xpress™ Mediation – $1600 (or $800 per party)

Virtual 3-hour Xpress™ Mediation – $1400 ($700 per party)

Recommended for two-party, smaller value cases.
